Angel’s Delight isn’t quite as cute as it sounds – or looks. With a light pink, opaque color, it certainly looks like something an angel might delight in.
But beneath all those features that make it look like something you’d drink while floating on a cloud, it’s got gin, triple sec and grenadine adding sharpness and depth to the flavor.
The Angel’s Delight is great for when you want something sweet and easy, but not a dessert drink. This is also a nice one for parties – you can definitely make it up as a big batch recipe a couple of hours beforehand and serve it up then.
Because this one uses cream, I wouldn’t recommend leaving it too long, even in the fridge. But then, why would you want to?
Angel's Delight Cocktail

Ingredients
- 3/4 ounce gin
- 3/4 ounce triple sec
- 1 1/2 ounce cream
- 2 - 3 dashes grenadine
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour in all the ingredients.
- Shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
