The Mocha Mint is a sweet drink featuring the flavors of… well, mocha and mint. While that may sound like an obvious combination, this recipe gets it just right.
Despite the sweetness, this drink has some character. There’s just a little bit of bitterness in Kahlua, and the “creme” part of the creme de menthe mellows out the whole drink and makes it a little bit richer. As a result, this drink is more intriguing than a lot of other similarly sweet drinks. It’s a perfect choice for right after a meal.

- 1 ounce white creme de menthe
