The Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake cocktail combines the flavors of raspberry, chocolate, vanilla and cream cheese (yes, it uses actual cream cheese) to create a drink that really tastes like a slice of raspberry white chocolate cheesecake in a glass.
Recipe
- 1 ounce white creme de cacao
- 1 ounce Chambord
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a parfait glass. Optional: garnish with a raspberry.
