Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ounces vodka
• 1 1/2 ounces Powell & Mahoney Ginger
• 1 ounce fresh grapefruit juice

Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Pour in all the ingredients.
3. Shake thoroughly.
4. Moisten the rim of a Collins glass with grapefruit juice and rim it with coarse salt.
5. Add ice to the glass and strain the mixture into it.
6. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
