The Jubilee cocktail features three white liquors, some blue curacao for color, lemon, sugar and club soda for the bubbles. It’s a fun color, it has fun bubbles, and it tastes mainly like lemon and orange, so it’s an easy drink to love.
And that makes it a great drink for parties, especially poolside ones. This is also a great drink for a night of dancing.
Recipe
- 1 ounce tequila
- 1/2 ounce gin
- 1/2 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce blue curacao
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 4 ounces club soda
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Pour everything but the club soda in and shake well. Fill a highball glass 3/4 of the way with ice cubes and strain the mixture into it. Top with club soda and garnish with a cherry.
