Limoncello Collins Drink Recipe

By MixThatDrink

The Limoncello Collins is much like the Tom Collins, but with the addition of Limoncello, a lemon liqueur. That makes the lemon flavor considerably stronger than the gin.

In fact, this one is about as lemony as the classic Lemon Drop Martini, which gets high marks in the sweet and sour category. But this one has bubbles from the club soda that make it extra refreshing.

This is a great drink to make for a party, particularly a barbecue or pool party. You can whip up a pitcher in advance, pre-garnish some glasses, and just pour from the pitcher plus a little bit of club soda for each fresh drink.
