Snow White Cocktail Recipe

By MixThatDrink

The Snow White cocktail has a flavor that’s mostly citrus – with bubbles. That makes it a great choice for summertime or for anytime you’re cooling off after you’ve been out in the sun.

This drink blends Heineken with 7-up. The taste of the beer blended with lemon-lime soda is so refreshing, especially with the carbonation. You might think beer would dull a carbonated drink, but it’s more like the carbonation livens up the beer and gives it an added something wonderful.

While the recipe calls for Heineken, you can, of course, opt for a different pale lager. I like Heineken, and I think it’s especially well-suited to be paired with a lemon-lime soda. There’s something about the combination that just works and makes the whole drink delicious.

Can you use diet 7-up? Absolutely. If the beer has enough sugar for your taste, you don’t have to add any more. You can also use a different lemon-lime soda if you want.

This drink is so easy to make. Just pour 7-up in for three-fourths of your glass, and then pour the beer the rest of the way. You don’t even really need to stir. It’s a great choice for guests – they can even pour it themselves. You can also mix it up big batch style in a pitcher in advance and keep it in the fridge. It won’t lose its carbonation for quite a few hours.

This is a very easy going drink. You can serve it with burgers like this Chipotle Burger with Creamy Avocado Sauce. It’s also wonderful with barbecue dishes, like these Bacon BBQ Chicken Bombs. Or just throw some steaks and veggies on the grill and serve this drink alongside them. It works with almost anything.
