Pink Rose Fizz

By MixThatDrink

Don’t ask me why this drink is called a Pink Rose Fizz – it’s not pink! I guess it’s just a reference to pink roses? Whatever the case, this drink is similar to the Gin Fizz – with the addition of an egg white and a little bit of cream.

If you don’t want to risk drinking raw egg white, you can use the same amount of egg substitute for a very similar flavor and texture. This is a nice drink to enjoy when you’re relaxing – it’s very sippable and tasty.

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 4 ounces club soda
  • 2 teaspoon light cream
  • 1/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in everything but the soda, and shake until cold. Strain the mixture into a highball glass. Top the glass off with the soda.
