The Sour Apple Pie shooter cocktail is so simple, but so tasty. It blends sour apple and cinnamon schnapps together, and the taste really is reminiscent of apple pie.
I’m not generally a big schnapps fan, but DeKuyper gets these two right – more flavor, less cloying sweetness. The Sour Apple schnapps really tastes like green apples, and the cinnamon note is pretty strong, so you get a wonderful taste and a nice kick. This is a great drink for a party or a night out with friends – not too strong on the alcohol and very smooth on the taste buds.
Recipe
- 1/2 ounce Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
- 1/2 ounce Hot Damn cinnamon schnapps
Pour the ingredients into a shot glass and stir.
